Countless hours of labor are needed to make this convergence successful.  Your donation of $5,000 would allow us to compensate an event coordinator for up to 100 hours of pre-, post- and on-site support.  Sponsoring an organizer will be acknowledged during the opening keynote and on all event materials.  To make a tax deductible tent contribution, please click the green sponsor icon.

Our conference will be held in the field, literally, so there is need to rent tents, chairs, and tables.  If you sponsor a tent, we will acknowledge your donation in the program, on our website, and with a sign on the tent.  We estimate the cost to be $1,000.  To make a tax deductible tent contribution, please click the purple sponsor icon.

SPONSOR A DELEGATION

We are graciously accepting support for scholarships so that cost of travel is not a barrier to attend.   We estimate the cost of attendance by an out of area participant to be approximately $500.  To make a tax deductible contribution, please click the brown sponsor icon.
